Roberto Lipari is a partner in Dentons’ Rome office and the Head of Europe Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice of the firm.
Roberto has extensive experience in litigation and international arbitration and regularly represents States and sovereign entities, as well as domestic and foreign clients in a broad range of disputes involving corporate, commercial, investment and financial matters across different industries and jurisdictions.
He has served as legal counsel for companies and sovereign states in numerous international commercial and investment arbitrations, under various procedural rules (e.g., UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, ICC Arbitration Rules, Arbitration Rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Arbitration Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute).
He is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution for the period 2024-2027.
More recently, he has been appointed as a member of the ICC Commission Task Force on Artificial Intelligence.
