Claudio Visco is President-elect of the IBA. He has been Chair of the Securities’ Committee, the Capital Market Forum and the Bar Issues Commission and Council Member for the Rome Bar significantly contributing to draft important IBA’s guidelines/recommendation such as Business and Human Rights for Business Lawyers and Bar Associations and Joint IBA-OECD guidelines on the Role of Lawyer in international transactions.
He is Senior Partner at Lipani Legal&Tax, a highly specialised multi-practice law firm with a strong international focus. He holds an extensive experience in banking and finance, international litigation and arbitration, white collars crimes and in the energy sector.
